Sinai is a peninsula bridging Africa and Asia, with some of the most beautiful mountain ranges and deserts in the world, encircled by the Red Sea and the Mediterranean.
From the shelter of our beautiful home, the Swisscare Nuweiba Resort Hotel, set on  the spacious, sandy beaches of Nuweiba, we have the opportunity to discover at ease this magnificent land and its inhabitants, the Bedouin, who still follow in harmony the same ancestral tracks in quest of the essential; - respecting the nature for what it gives, and taking from it the little they need.

This harmony has fascinated us since times long passed, and today, as they are still living with the same genuine traditions and faith, we are privileged to receive from them, in this short journey, the tolerant hospitality that is part of their legend.
A visit to the Monastery of St. Catherine, perhaps, and, if you wish, a climb up to the top of Mount Sinai where Moses received the Ten Commandments, will give this special journey a taste of unforgettable well-being…

Day 1- Saturday 23d March: Taba or Sharm-el Sheikh
Arrival Taba Border or Sharm-el Sheikh
Transfer to the Swisscare Nuweiba Resort Hotel

for relaxing and enjoying life…
Built, owned and operated by a Swiss-British-Egyptian family at harmony with the

desert, it has been conceived for those who are seeking the real Sinai, with respect

for the land and its inhabitants.

Days 2 and 3 – Sunday and Monday, 24th and 25t March 2013: Swisscare Nuweiba Resort Hotel
Meditation and leisure
Meditation: One or two sessions, to be held at this peaceful location ( 3 hours )
Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner

Day 4- Tuesday 26th March 2013: St. Catherine
Meditation: Before breakfast on the beach (one and an half hour)
Departure from Nueba in the morning to the village of Sainte Catherine.
You walk along the path to the gardens of Ramadan,(level of difficulty: easy) located on

the hidden side of the Mt Sinai. Ramadan lives there with his family, away from civilization

and noise. He will invite you to a traditional cup of tea in the shelter of his tent.
Meditation: At Ramadan, opposite Mt Sinai (one and an half hour) or on top of Mt Sinai
From there you will walk across the mountains (Level of difficulty: easy) to the steps of the

famous Mt Sinai, where it is said that Moses received the 10 commandments.
The climb of the Mt Sinai is optional.
To end this fascinating and enjoyable day you will go down to the Monastery of St Catherine

where you will spend the night in their simple, yet cozy St Catherine Guest- House.

Day 5 – Wednesday, 27th March 2013: Camel Safari
After the visit of the Monastery of Sainte Catherine where you will marvel at the collection

of the unique icon and , the precious books and admire the well-preserved historical church

you leave this enchanting mountains to drive the 70 km to the meeting point where your

Bedouin Hosts and their camels will be waiting.
This little journey will take you through a world lost in time and in these beautiful lands of wind,

rocks and sand you shall understand and appreciate the true meaning of "FREEDOM"!
Soliman, your guardian angel, a Bedouin from the Muzeina tribe, will let you enjoy the slow

motion of the caravan ,riding your own camel, eating with the Bedouins You will end this

unforgettable day with a restful, relaxing sleep under the beautiful night with the stars.
(Tents are provided for the less adventurous!)
Meditation: At the Camping place in the evening before Dinner (3 hours)

Day 6 – Thursday, 28th March 2013: Nuweiba
After a simple but filling traditional Bedouin breakfast, you will walk to the breath dunes

of El Dude
Meditation: On the top of the sand dunes (one and half hour)
Walking and riding we will reach the end of the little “wadi” where your Jeep will be waiting

to take you back to Nueba and to your Hotel on the beach arriving in time for Lunch.
Meditation: At sunset on the beach of our Hotel (one and half hour)
Dinner and night at the Hotel

Day 7 – Friday, 29th March 2013: Nuweiba

Meditation and Leisure in our Hotel
Meditation: One session or 2 anywhere in this awesome place (3 hours)
Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner

Day 8 – Saturday, 30s March 2013: Nuweiba-
Meditation: Before breakfast on the beach (3 hours)
To end this unique week we will drive in the morning to one of the most famous site of Sinai, the coloured Canyon, by Jeep.
We will be back for lunch at our Hotel for a final afternoon of relaxation at the beach and pool.
